The music industry loses money when people are allowed to download their music without paying for it.  Peer-to-peer networks allow this downloading to happen, and say that people listen to more music if it is more available to them.  Find sources to support your argument FOR or AGAINST peer-to-peer music sharing, and write a summary of your case.  You should write the case as if you were delivering the final argument in Napster vs RIAA, either as the prosecuting or the defending attorney.  This is not an opinion paper, you need to find some legal precedent to support your argument.
